Thirty-One Days of Thankful: A Day at Home
December 21, 2011 
Home today.
That is it, and that is all.
Nowhere to go.
No errands to run.
No social engagements to attend.
Ah, I love it.
I'm such a home body.
I do like to get out. I need the person-to-person interaction. But if the 'getting out' out-weighs the home life, I get velly velly agitated. Lately the 'getting out' has been reigning supreme, and it's all well and good, because it has all been velly velly good things.
But... the staying at home today... all day... is bliss.
Today I'm happy to be happy, and thankful, for this simple gift.
Tomorrow, we may go to our sawmill...
...or our cabin...
(wink wink)
And we'll undoubtedly find ourselves in church one day soon...
But for today, you can't beat home sweet home.
