Precarious Positions

Sometimes we find ourselves in positions that we really would rather not be in.

Like this dairy mama here. She’s not too happy about her current predicament. She really would rather not be put in a stanchion and flipped on her side to get her hooves trimmed. It goes against everything she thinks she believes in.

But what she doesn’t know is that it’s actually good for her. It’s part of a bigger plan. Trimmed hooves make her a better cow. Struggling will only prolong the process.

Even though she doesn’t know it, she’ll soon be on her feet again, even stronger than before.

And all the other cows will admire her new mani and pedi. Just wait and see.

I think that looks like a totally comfortable position for that mama cow to be in............NOT. However, I think I personally would be able to handle it. But then, I do need some sleep and think I would be able to handle the staunchion....maybe.
