Not My Style

I apologize for the hodge podge of stylistic details I've got going on here. I'm trying to come into my own layout here... It's a slow process, to say the least, when I'm running around after little ones half the time and trying to keep up on housework the other half. And while some people just come across a sleek, cool style just as easy as swallowing a piece of pie, some people (me, for example) have to work at it. 

Last night I stayed up until after midnight (that's WAY late for me) trying to work out my design inspiration for this site, only to be confronted by an unusually slow computer and internet that kept shutting down.

Anyhow, I'm a'workin' on it. Please bear with the random banners I'm trying out, the different ways of presenting pictures I'm test driving and the general randomness of it all. A more fluid and consistent style is on its way soon.

Speaking of picture presentation, what do you think of my little triplet above? I think that's the way I'm going to go with pics, rather than the ginormous files that take up more space (visually and digitally) than they need to. But I'm open to suggestion.
