Mostly Happy Endings

I don't know what happened... The last week kind of slipped away from me, writing-wise. It's been almost a week since my last post! That's just not right.

Long story short...

Still no sign of Elsa. :(

Little Black Pup is going to live with another family, via the local humane society.

Big Black Pup stays.

Stays with me.

Forever.

(Or until he runs away, which is entirely possible.)

(But I'm looking into invisible fencing.)

And we have named him.

Henry.

Be back to dish out the short story long this evening.

Love ya',

Bye.

I'm so happy for you! I love my labs. They are so good with my daughter. I'm sure it already feels like Henry is one of the family, and that feeling only gets stronger. Sometimes, I think my labs have human brains. They're so emotionally connected to what's going on here. I wouldn't trade them for anything!

Yes! I feel so trusting of Henry with the kids already. He is so sweet-natured and seems to be so intuitive. He has definitely captured my heart.

Thrilled that your two new arrivals have found homes - but very sad that you have lost your gorgeous Elsa. Hoping that Henry brings you lots of joy.

Sorry about Elsa, but how nice that little dog got a good home and big dog gets to stay in yours.
