I'm sorry. So sorry.
April 27, 2009 And I'm sad. So sad.
All that build-up and I left you in the lurch.
Here's what's up... Somewhere along the road my laptop has taken ill. I fought with it all last evening to no avail. Today I'm off to town to see what's doin' with it. This is a traumatic time in my life.
Forget a last minute trip to OK or our impending move to MN. Living life without my laptop... That's what really has me up in arms. I don't like to think of myself as a technology junkie, but I realize I do have my vices in that regard. If my camera were to stop working I think I would have to be checked into a mental hospital.
So, I do APOLOGIZE for not getting up a post or pictures or really anything, but as soon as my system is back up and running I will overload you with them, I promise. For now, let me just say... Yes, it was all I hoped it would be.
And also, to Ree and Deb, thank you for your graciousness and just a lovely day. It was well worth the trip.
And thank you to my lovely neighbors for letting me use their computer. The feel of the keyboard beneath my fingers brings me some small comfort.

Bummer, so sorry to hear your laptop is under the weather...I feel your pain. Hope you can get it working right again...sooooon! :-)
I'm sure glad you are home safe and sound. I hope you had a lovely trip and I look forward to seeing the wonderful posts about life on the ranch in OK. Now for your next big adventure.

Oh no! Mine has been acting strange too, I feel like it's just going to heave a big sigh one day and stop working. Like you, I think I'd be LOST. I'd be lost without bloggerville...and my pictures!
