I'm Back, Baby

Back to Blogland, that is.

Is that a real place, Blogland? Even if it only exists in our minds? Kind of like Wonderland?

That's a thinker.

I feel like I fell down my own rabbit hole a little bit, but in a good way, not in the scary kind of way that things went down for Alice. Instead of Wonderland, I plopped down somewhere in the budding springtime of Minnesota.

We traveled 'ark style'... Two adults, two kids, two dogs, two horses, two trucks. Luckily there was no flooding, just a little fog in the morning followed by blue skies.

Man and beast handled the trip well.

Some better than others. Some of us were a little tired when all was said and done.

But thankfully we didn't forget the way back to Minnesota.

Glad you had a safe trip. Your babies don't look any the worse for wear. You're lucky to have good travelers. Mine weren't always good at riding in the car, but they've gotten so much better. I use bribery. Just joking!

It's neat to see photos of the country roads from the old country! The kids look well, it was fun to have Darian and Kolten here, they're easy guests to have around! Have a fun week!

We are so grateful that you made it back okay. Truly. However, we went to DIA to pick up our son and on the way back we saw your house--no horses, no dogs, no cars, no sign of life. That was sad.
