Doin'

Today...

Paying bills...

...and feeling gratitude that we are able to make a living to pay them.

Looking out at this field of gold...

Knowing it will soon be gone, and not wanting it to be. I'm trying to soak up it's soft colors while I can.

Admiring...

...the vibrant colors of fall. They pack such a punch!

Feeling thankful...

...for the harvest.

Resisting temptation...

Why does materialism have to be so darned cute?

Appreciating...

...the things we have.

Lovin'...

...on my big Burley dog... Who's a good Burley dog? Who's a good Burley dog? Yes it's you. Whosha big doggy? You're my big doggy. Smooch smooch smooch.

(These are air kisses, of course. He's fully robed in his 'eau d skunk' cologne, as usual.)

Plucking...

...yet even more of these from the garden. Aren't they beauties?

Popping...

...one, fresh from the vine, in my mouth. I'm pretty sure this 'Squirt! Mmmm!' experience would never get old.

Hoping...

...we have enough warm days left to get these big boys to maturity. I think we do.

I love your blog. I just wanted to pop over here to tell you this morning. Your fall photos are gorgeous and make me miss a real Fall season with the change of colors! So glad you are feeling better and may have the answer to your symptoms. I always jump to the worst case scenario when I get weird stuff happening. I need to stay away from Google!

I love this post! I love the colors.

Yes, it's a great reminder to be thankful for what we have and the harvest.
