Dear Dad... (Our Morning Routine)

Dear Dad...

Yesterday Mom cut my hair. Even though she gave me some watered down orange pop to keep me busy, I didn't like it and I cried. I look good now though.

After my hair cut I took a bath in Auntie's huge tub. It was really fun until Mom washed my hair. I cried again. I sure looked good once I was all clean though.

This morning I asked Mom where you were. She said that you are in Colorado packing up all of my toys and my bed. I miss you but I am being a good boy and helping Mom.

For breakfast we had Cheerios, chocolate-chip-banana pancakes, and strawberries. I didn't eat very much, but I did drink all my milk. Miss Peaches ate a LOT, as usual.

We are playing in the play room now. It is really, really, really windy today. There is so much dust in the air that we can't see across the field at all. I don't think we will play outside much.

Mom is drinking her morning coffee. She says it's not as good as when you make it for her.

Have a good day at work! We love you!

(Mr. Blue Eyes is off to Colorado for a couple weeks to finish up some time at his job and pack up the rest of our things. These posts will be a way for him to see pictures of our babies and what they're up to each day. Feel free to read along if you'd like! Thanks - Farmer Gal)

Your two weeks will go fast. This is a clever way to keep Dad up-to-date.
When Jim started working here we were separated for months and only saw him on the weekends. It was really a tough 6 months for us.
Bet you can't wait to be all settled in.

This is funny, I was just thinking how cute a blog would be from a 3 year old's perspective! Darbi's been taking pictures with her camera and I thought we could do a day in the life! I bet Mr. Blue Eyes enjoys it, he'll be back soon!
